Drug/Criminal Prosecutions
Blair County District Attorney Richard Consiglio hired Attorney Peter Weeks as the drug prosecutor in July 2007, with the help of a grant from Operation Our Town.

2013 Criminal Prosecutions:

  • 241 cases
  • 124 defendants
  • 4 jury trials

Forfeitures:

  • $66,671 in forfeitures from cash, automobiles, and personal property.

Volunteer Service

  • 117 Operation Our Town volunteers participated in 25 outreach events
  • 455 total volunteer hours
