Drug/Criminal Prosecutions
Blair County District Attorney Richard Consiglio hired Attorney Peter Weeks as the drug prosecutor in July 2007, with the help of a grant from Operation Our Town.
2013 Criminal Prosecutions:
- 241 cases
- 124 defendants
- 4 jury trials
Forfeitures:
- $66,671 in forfeitures from cash, automobiles, and personal property.
Volunteer Service
- 117 Operation Our Town volunteers participated in 25 outreach events
- 455 total volunteer hours
